The church is governed by policies for each organizational entity from the Pastor and Congregation Council down to various committees. Each committee also has processes that govern their activities that describe the role in the organizational unit. This committee will develop, review and revise, as needed, any and all policies, procedures, manuals and/or guidelines. All documents will first go through the Protocol Committee for their review prior to review and approval by congregation council. All documents will be reviewed and approved by congregation council on an annual basis. Meetings are held on an as needed basis.
