2023 “SOUPER-BOWL” OF CARING – ST. PETER LUTHERAN. It’s that time again – our annual effort to collect cans of soup (or donations) for the families served by New Hope Ministries Food Pantry. Last year, through your generosity, we collected and donated over 4,100 cans of soup (or equivalent donations). This year we realize that inflation has affected food prices but it is possible to find soup on sale or at prices under $1.00 a can. So, any donations made and marked “soup” on the envelope in the offering will be counted as 1 can per dollar donated. Let’s have some fun and help those in need starting now, through February 10.
Are You Available Tuesday or Thursday Morning? Help Is Needed To Make Easter Eggs. Beginning Tuesday, February 7th, we (men and women) will begin making our delicious St. Peter Easter eggs. If you are available, we would love to have you socialize with us as we work together making the Easter eggs. Everyone has a good time while helping with our ELCW fundraising project that in turn helps St. Peter. Any number of hours that you can help would be greatly appreciated!

Attention Egg Makers: we are asking all egg making volunteers to park in the middle of the main parking lot and not in the spots that are along the sidewalk. GLEE uses the parking spots that are all around the sidewalks (beginning with the first handicapped spot by the main entrance doors (near the offices)) for pick up and drop off of the GLEE children, Monday -Thursday, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. This would greatly help us keep these tiny precious members of GLEE safe! Your help with this would be greatly appreciated. Questions? See Joyce or Carolyn.
